You can now write blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts directly from GetMax — no third-party CMS needed. The Content Hub includes:

Blog editor with live SEO scoring and Google preview

Case study builder with metrics fields and testimonial blocks

Newsletter editor with block-based layout and merge tags

Social media scheduler with LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook support

Batch Eligibility Verification

Run eligibility checks against your full patient schedule overnight. Results surface by 6 AM — before your front desk starts their shift. Any coverage issues are flagged so staff can call patients before they arrive.

Prior Auth Unit Tracking

Authorization unit tracking now shows in real-time on the charge entry screen. When a patient has 12 authorized visits and this is visit #10, the biller sees a yellow warning and a "Request Renewal" button.

CMS-1500 Preview Before Submission

Before submitting any claim, billers can now preview the completed CMS-1500 form and verify every field. Catches errors before they become denials.
