Do I need to put down a card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is no-card. Add one whenever — before or after.
How does RCM Custom work?
You pay nothing up front. We charge a % (8–10%) of dollars we help you recover from denied or aged claims. Payouts run nightly via Stripe Connect — practitioner-level breakdown if your workspace tracks per-NPI.
What counts as a 'workspace'?
One clinic or practice. An RCM company servicing 8 clinics has 8 workspaces under one org. Each workspace is its own billing relationship.
Can I move between plans?
Free → Starter → Enterprise is self-serve. Moving to RCM Custom requires a call (we need to calibrate the gainshare rate to your recovery baseline).
What happens if I hit a limit?
Soft at 85% (we warn). Hard at 150% (we block the next action until you upgrade or pay overage). Founders bypass everything.
Where does my data live?
MongoDB Atlas, US-East. HIPAA-aligned. SOC 2 in progress.
